We often hear that there is nothing healthier than milk. But is it really so? After all, we really need protein and calcium, and since childhood we have been accustomed to getting it from dairy products.
In his study on the harm of milk, American scientist Professor Walter Veith says that humans are the only species who drinks milk through all their life. The problem with drinking milk for humans is that casein, a protein in cow’s milk, cannot be completely digested. And the entry of undigested proteins into the blood causes the production of antibodies that can destroy the body’s own cells and cause autoimmune diseases such as diabetes, arthritis, and others.
Galactose and lactose, sugars contained in milk, can only be digested by young children. The body of an adult and older children, due to the consumption of milk, cannot cope with them and begins to accumulate them in their cells. These are skin cells (cellulite), eyes (cataracts), joints (arthritis). It should be noted that only mother’s milk is good for children. After breastfeeding, milk is just as dangerous for children as it is for adults.
Milk fat is oxidized cholesterol. The oxidation process occurs at the moment of contact with atmospheric oxygen, unlike breast milk, which does not come into contact with oxygen. Thus, the problem of excess weight can also be associated with the frequency of milk consumption.
And what about calcium? After all, it is known that it is necessary not only for children, but also for adults to prevent osteoporosis. It is believed that milk is the main source of calcium. But one of the causes of osteoporosis is the excessive content of animal protein in the diet. The fact is that animal protein, unlike plant protein, causes an increase in acidity in the body. To neutralize the acid, calcium is needed, which rushes to perform this function, washing out of the bones. Thus, calcium is not replenished, but on the contrary, bone mass is lost.
It is known that 90% of all forms of allergy come from milk. Israeli scientists have found that drinking milk can lead to asthma, allergies, insomnia, sclerosis, migraines, arthritis and diabetes.
The most dangerous combination is considered to be milk with sugar. Such a mixture puts a serious strain on the body, so it is very important that ice cream and other sweet dairy products do not end up on our table. And most importantly, do not accustom children to such a diet.
