Refund & Digital Product Policy

Last updated: 6 September 2026

The Ingredient Library provides digital educational products, including downloadable guides, ebooks, worksheets and other digital resources.

Because these products are supplied in digital form, no physical product will be shipped.

1. Digital delivery

After a successful purchase, your digital product will normally be made available through Payhip, the payment and digital-delivery platform used by The Ingredient Library.

You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address at checkout and for ensuring that your device and software can open the file format supplied.

If you have paid for a product but cannot access or download it, please contact us so that we can help resolve the problem.

2. Refunds and your legal rights

We do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind after digital content has been supplied, where the applicable legal conditions for the loss of the right of withdrawal have been satisfied.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If a digital product is not supplied as described, cannot be accessed because of a technical problem for which we are responsible, or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer-law requirements, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the problem or provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include providing a working replacement, correcting the problem, offering an appropriate price reduction, or providing a refund.

3. Immediate supply of digital content

Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal for digital content, you may be asked at checkout to give your express consent for the digital product to be supplied immediately.

You may also be asked to acknowledge that, once supply of the digital content begins, you lose the applicable right of withdrawal.

This consent is separate from your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Technical problems

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchased product, please contact us at:

Email: natalmogue@gmail.com

Please include your order details and a brief description of the problem.

We will first try to resolve the access or download problem.

If the problem cannot reasonably be resolved and you are entitled to a remedy under applicable law, we will provide the appropriate remedy.

5. Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible with the relevant order details.

Where appropriate, we may refund the duplicate purchase.

6. Incorrect email address

Please check your email address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you provide an incorrect email address and therefore do not receive your download information, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchase.

7. Product suitability

Product descriptions are provided to help you understand what each digital product contains before purchasing.

Please read the product description, contents and any available preview before buying.

Our digital guides are educational resources and are not individually tailored advice.

8. No unauthorised copying or redistribution

Refunding a purchase does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, resell or commercially exploit the digital product.

Please see the Terms & Conditions for the full licence and intellectual-property provisions.

9. Contact

For refund, access or digital-product enquiries, please contact:
